Welcome to the official website of the La Jolla Community Planning Association (LJCPA).

Since 1992, the City of San Diego has recognized the LJCPA to make recommendations on the built environment of La Jolla, to react to city-wide issues that may have a local impact, and to engage the community in public dialogue. We welcome residents, property owners, and business owners to our open meetings, encourage individuals to express their viewpoints on matters before the LJCPA, as well as afford an opportunity to speak to local issues.
